CODE OF CONDUCT

We are ethical:
Our conduct is always professional. We do not tolerate insult or putting down others. Harassment and exclusionary behavior aren’t acceptable. This includes but is not limited to: – Threats of violence. – Discriminatory jokes and language. – Sharing unethical explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means. – Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms and unwelcome attention.
We are Fair and Honest:
We conduct business with all interested parties in an honest and ethical manner and has zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
We are committed to moral principles of business and believes in professional and lawful dealings and this policy applies to all individuals working in our company or on behalf of the company at all levels and grades, whether permanent, fixed-term or temporary, and wherever located, including volunteers, sponsors and any other person who performs services for or on behalf of the company.
We are anti-slavery:
We believe in personal freedom and there is no forced, bonded or involuntary labor in our company. Employees are free to leave as far they respect the contractual agreement.
Child labor is strictly forbidden in any operations of the company. We fully comply with the International obligation of ‘use of child Labor and forced or compulsory Labor’ at all its operations. No employee is made to work against his/her will or work as bonded/forced Labor.
